Shipping Policy

We ship orders within Poland and across Europe. Available delivery methods and shipping costs are displayed during checkout before the order is placed.

1. Shipping within Poland

Orders within Poland are delivered using parcel locker services or courier delivery, depending on the option selected by the Customer at checkout.

2. Shipping across Europe

We offer international shipping to European countries. The standard shipping cost for Europe is 25 EUR.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the destination country and the selected delivery method. Orders are usually processed after payment confirmation.

• Poland: usually 1–3 business days after dispatch
• Europe: usually 3–10 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on courier availability, destination country, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Incorrect Delivery Details

The Customer is responsible for providing correct delivery details. If incorrect or incomplete delivery information is provided, delivery may be delayed or impossible.
