Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.

1. Return Period

You may return your order within 14 days from the date of receiving the package. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send us a withdrawal statement before the 14-day period expires.

2. Condition of Returned Products

Returned products should be sent back in a proper condition, with all original tags and packaging, if possible.

  • The product should not be damaged.
  • The product should not show signs of use beyond checking or trying it on.
  • Original tags and packaging should be returned if they were included with the product.
The Customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to check its nature, features and functioning.

3. Return Shipping Cost

The cost of returning the product is paid by the Customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as the Customer is responsible for the product until it is delivered back to us.

4. Refunds

Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used for the original order, unless another method is agreed with the Customer.

The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the withdrawal statement. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or until the Customer provides proof of sending it back.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for another size, color or model, please contact us first. Exchanges depend on product availability.

If the requested product is unavailable, you may return the item and place a new order.
