Orders may be placed 24 hours a day via the online store. A sales agreement is concluded when the Customer receives an order confirmation.
The Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in justified cases, including product unavailability or technical errors.

Orders within Poland are delivered via InPost or courier services. International orders (EU and UK) are delivered via courier services.

Customers who are consumers have the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, without providing a reason.
The cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original condition. Products showing signs of use may not be accepted.

The Store is obliged to deliver products free from defects. Customers have the right to submit complaints regarding defective products in accordance with applicable law.
