If you are a consumer, you have the right\n    to withdraw from the sales agreement within <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the day you receive your order,\n    without giving any reason.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>1. Return Period<\/h2>\n\n  <p>\n    You may return your order within <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the date of receiving the package.\n    To meet the deadline, it is enough to send us a withdrawal statement before the 14-day period expires.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>2. Condition of Returned Products<\/h2>\n\n  <p>\n    Returned products should be sent back in a proper condition, with all original tags and packaging,\n    if possible.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <ul>\n    <li>The product should not be damaged.<\/li>\n    <li>The product should not show signs of use beyond checking or trying it on.<\/li>\n    <li>Original tags and packaging should be returned if they were included with the product.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <div class=\"isonme-returns-highlight\">\n    The Customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from using it\n    in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to check its nature, features and functioning.\n  <\/div>\n\n  <h2>3. Return Shipping Cost<\/h2>\n\n  <p>\n    The cost of returning the product is paid by the Customer.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as the Customer is responsible for the product\n    until it is delivered back to us.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>4. Refunds<\/h2>\n\n  <p>\n    Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used for the original order,\n    unless another method is agreed with the Customer.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    The refund will be processed within <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the date we receive the withdrawal statement.\n    We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or until the Customer provides proof\n    of sending it back.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>5. Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n  <p>\n    If you would like to exchange a product for another size, color or model, please contact us first.\n    Exchanges depend on product availability.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    If the requested product is unavailable, you may return the item and place a new order.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>6.
